FLOWSTATE GULFCOAST RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Commitment We want you to love your Flowstate gear. All products are made-to-order with care, which means each piece is created specifically for you.
Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days after production.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or styles within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the item
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We'll send your replacement item once we receive the original
Defects & Quality Issues If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund
- No need to return the defective item
No Refunds Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color differences due to screen settings
- General dissatisfaction with fit or style
