FLOWSTATE GULFCOAST™ SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All products are made-to-order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Orders typically begin production within 1-2 business days and are completed within 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders include free standard shipping, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days after production is complete.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid US address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at flowstategulfcoast@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
